Dorch Stage 2 HPFP

What is this beast?

When you want to swim in straight E85 and the stock TU pump taps out, you call in the heavy artillery! The Dorch Stage 2 is a massive cam-driven high-pressure fuel pump upgrade. This thing pumps fuel with the ferocity of a fire hydrant. If you got corn juice running through your veins and a big turbo on the horizon, this pump guarantees your engine will never go hungry. It holds insane fuel pressure even when you are banging off the rev limiter. Put this in, and you are ready for war on the streets!

Why the stock part is absolute pain

The factory TU pump in the M340i and Supra is great, but it hits a brick wall around 500-550whp when you try to run heavy ethanol blends (E50+). Ethanol requires roughly 30% more fuel volume than pump gas. If you plan to run straight E85 or bolt on a Pure800 turbo, the Dorch Stage 2 is absolutely mandatory to keep the fuel rails pressurized. Running lean at 30 PSI means melted pistons, loco. Don't risk it—feed the beast!
